This issue of the “Young Envoys Scholarship” program Newsletter highlights 7 featured exchange activities conducted in China from January to March 2026. More than 300 students and educators visited Beijing, Nanchang, Hangzhou, Shenyang and other cities, participating in high-level dialogues, study tours, academic forums, and cultural exchange activities that fostered mutual understanding and learning among young people from China and abroad.
Through academic dialogues and experiential learning, participants explored topics including green development, technological innovation, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) , aerospace, and water-city ecological symbiosis. They visited university laboratories, aerospace facilities, TCM institutions, new energy vehicle training centers, and intelligent mobility innovation hubs, gaining firsthand insights into TCM practices, aerospace technology, urban water management, and AI applications.
Participants also experienced traditional Chinese culture through activities such as Hanfu experiences, pottery and sachet making, and visits to historic Hui-style villages. Additionally, they took part in interactive activities such as joint classes, friendly sports matches, cultural performances, and RoboMaster competitions, further enriching cross-cultural engagement and deepening friendships among youth from different countries.
