President Liu Limin Meets with Director Urzhumtseva of Russian Cultural Center in Beijing

Liu Limin, President of China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), met with Tatiana Urzhumtseva, Director of the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing for deepening China-Russia cooperation in education and cultural exchanges.
President Liu Limin highlighted CEAIE’s ongoing collaboration with Russia and commended the Center’s pivotal role in fostering educational and people-to-people ties. He expressed expectation for new developments in youth exchanges and teacher training programs, and invited Russian universities to participate in the 26th CACIE and Expo in this October.
Director Urzhumtseva shared updates on the Center’s recent initiatives, including cultural promotions and academic competitions. She requested CEAIE’s support for key projects like the Forum for Alumni of Soviet & Russian Universities and reaffirmed the Center’s commitment to assisting CEAIE with events such as the China-Russia University Students Art Festival and CACIE.
Alexander Guptor, Executive Director of the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing, Senior Advisor Gao Lei, and CEAIE’s Deputy Secretary-General Fu Bo were present at the meeting.
