CEAIE attaches importance to partnering with international, regional and national quality assurance organizations as a means of maintaining its accreditation’s quality and international compatibility. In 2013, CEAIE joined CHEA International Quality Group (CIQG）and International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), and initiated membership application for Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN).
CEAIE reached Memorandum of Understanding with the Evaluation Agency for Research and Higher Education of France (AERES), Accreditation Organization of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO), New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) of the USA and Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). Within the framework of these partnerships, CEAIE will exchange accreditation standards and procedures with counterparts, organize joint capacity building activities for accreditors and accredited institutions, conduct joint research and surveys, organize joint events pertaining to quality assurance, and explore the possibility of joint accreditation of Chinese-foreign joint institutions and programs in China.
