Dr. Liu Limin Meets with Ms. Umarova, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On November 14, Dr. LIU Limin, President of China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), met with Ms. Hilola Umarova, Deputy Head of Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and her delegation. Both sides exchanged views on implementing the consensus reached by the heads of state of the two countries, and on further deepening educational cooperation between Uzbekistan and China.
Dr. LIU Limin mentioned that earlier in November, Chinese Minister of Education HUAI Jinpeng and Uzbekistan’s Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation Kongratbay Sharipov attended the second China-Uzbekistan Education Forum in Uzbekistan, where they witnessed the establishment of more than 20 cooperative outcomes. CEAIE will continue its efforts to leverage the coordinating role and fully utilize platforms such as the Luban Workshop and the World Digital Education Alliance to further enhance cooperation between Uzbekistan and China.
Umarova stated that Uzbekistan is actively advancing Chinese language education and the digital transformation of vocational education, and looks forward to working with China on joint projects.
