The short-term training programs, some of which are financed by state funds, are tailored for technical and managerial professionals from Administrative departments of education, universities and colleges all around China. By visiting government sectors, educational institutions and schools in developed countries such as U.S, U.K, France, Germany, Australia, etc, the trainees can have a comprehensive understanding of the advanced educational concepts and experiences abroad and thus enhance their own managing and teaching ability. Involving higher education, basic education and vocational education, the subjects of training varies in accordance with the annual key work of the Ministry of Education or hotspots and difficult issues in educational reform and development.
