UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FROM WESTERN JAPAN VISIT CHINA

To promote educational and cultural exchanges between young people in China and Japan, CEAIE hosted three groups of western Japan university students from September 2nd to 10th, 2024. The 60 students and teachers visited Shanxi, Sichuan and Shaanxi.
During their visit, the students experienced a real and vibrant China from multiple perspectives, including educational development, technological innovation, traditional culture, urban landscape, and folk arts. They visited six Chinese universities, engaging in student exchanges, visits and seminars to experience campus culture they experienced Yungang Grottoes, Sanxingdui Museum and Terracotta Army, appreciating the profoundness and uniqueness of ancient Chinese civilization they also witnessed the high-tech and precision manufacturing companies like iFLYTEK and Polygon Precision Industrial.
At the closing event before their departure for Japan, the Japanese students shared their experiences in China through carefully prepared games and videos, which were full of profound impressions of their journey in China and expectations for the future. They expressed their love for Chinese culture and the desire to return to China for further studies or work in the future.
