Secretary General Yang Jun Meets with Delegation from the International Baccalaureate Organization

On July 14, 2026, Yang Jun, Vice President and Secretary General of the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) met with a delegation led by Mr. Joe Lam, Regional Director for Asia-Pacific of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO).
The two sides exchanged views on the development of International Baccalaureate education, cultivating globally competitive students, and strengthening the integration of industry and education.
Both sides agreed to strengthen communication and explore practical cooperation in attracting international students to China, advancing the International Baccalaureate Organization Career-related Programme (CP), and supporting the professional development for primary and secondary school teachers.
Representatives from the Department of International Promotion, the Department of TVET Cooperation, and the Department of Cross-border Education Quality Assurance attended the meeting.
