2024-2025 JAPANESE LANGUAGE TEACHERS TRAINING PROGRAM SUCCESSFULLY HELD IN BEIJING

On October 17, the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 Japanese Language Teachers Training Program was successfully held. The Program was jointly administered by China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), Beijing Foreign Studies University and the Sasakawa Peace Foundation.
Launched in 2022, the Program is designed to enhance the Japanese language teachers’ teaching capability and further advance China-Japan educational exchange and cooperation through professional instruction, academic exchanges, and field visits. This year, 100 outstanding teachers recommended by 110 Chinese universities were selected to participate in the Program. Over the next three months, the teachers will engage in professional training organized by Beijing Foreign Studies University and attend three offline workshops. The best performing representatives will have the opportunity to visit Japan for a one-month research and study trip during the summer in 2025.
