China Education Association for International Exchange and the Conference of Italian University Rectors Sign Memorandum of Understanding

On November 13, China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI) at the 2025 China-Italy University Presidents Dialogue. The signing ceremony was witnessed by HUAI Jinpeng, Minister of Education of China, and Anna Maria Bernini, Minister of University and Research of Italy.
Based on the cooperative intent established between the two organizations, the MOU aims to promote academic exchanges among faculty, students, and researchers, with particular emphasis on encouraging Italian students to participate in the Young Envoys Scholarship (YES) for study and exchange opportunities in China.
Following the signing ceremony, YANG Jun, Secretary-General of CEAIE, held discussions with Laura Ramaciotti, President of CRUI. The two sides explored the potential for leveraging their respective strengths to foster closer cooperation between Italian and Chinese universities.
Also present at the meeting were FU Bo, Deputy Secretary-General of CEAIE, and Tiziana Lippiello, Rector of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
