This issue of the “Young Envoys Scholarship” program Newsletter highlights 9 key activities of the exchange program for American and European teenagers in China from June to July 2025. More than 300 teachers and students visited cities including Beijing, Xi'an, Shanghai, Xiamen and Ganzhou. They participated in exchange workshops, summer schools and summer camps themed around "U.S.-China Innovation and Entrepreneurship","Chinese Cultural Experience", "International Business Environment", "Ganpo Cultural Studies" and "Horticultural and Plant Biology Innovation", engaging in thematic seminars and academic dialogues.
They jointly visited industry-education integration laboratories, e-commerce industrial bases, and technology enterprises. They also experienced intangible cultural heritage projects including plant indigo dyeing, traditional pottery making, tea ceremony, and Chinese kung fu, and took part in art activities such as U.S.-China youth choir performances and string music interactions. These activities have enriched the content of exchanges between Chinese and foreign youth and enhanced their friendship.
