Young Envoys Scholarship Newsletter Vol 16

Publish Date: 2025-09-16 | Visits: 10
Based on the cases of American and European teenagers’ exchange and study in China through YES Program in April and May, 2025, we have compiled this newsletter with 6 highlight activities. Nearly 200 teachers and students from 6 groups visited cities including Nanjing, Huizhou, Xi'an, Qingdao and Zhengzhou. They participated in summer schools themed "Innovative Rural Landscape", "Cultural Heritage and Sustainable Development" and "Marine Science", engaging in special seminars and academic dialogues.

Teachers and students jointly visited intelligent substation training bases and regional leading enterprises to carry out industrial chain research activities. They also experienced intangible cultural heritage items such as Xilu shadow puppet performance techniques, Guqin (ancient zither) culture courses, Peking Opera and Tai Chi, and participated in cultural and traditional programs like interactive performances by the youth string orchestra. These activities have enriched the content of exchanges between Chinese and foreign youth and enhanced their friendship.

Welcome to read and make valuable suggestions. It can be viewed and downloaded here.
