Secretary General Yang Jun Meets with ADIUT Representatives

On July 7, 2026, Yang Jun, Secretary General of the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) met with a delegation led by Professor Stéphane Davail, China Program Coordinator of the Association of Directors of University Institutes of Technology (ADIUT). The two sides exchanged views on deepening China-France engineering education cooperation and advancing joint training programs.

Yang Jun introduced the latest progress of the Sino-French Future Engineers Joint Training Program. He emphasized that the implementation of the program is an important outcome of the 2nd Sino-French Forum on Educational Development. CEAIE will work together with ADIUT to accelerate the implementation of the program, so as to cultivate more high-quality engineering talents with an international vision and practical competence for both countries.

Professor Davail gave a detailed introduction to ADIUT’s profile, the French higher education system, particularly the features of university institutes of technology and elite engineering education, as well as the early outcomes of the program in China. He pointed out that, guided by the consensus reached by the heads of both countries, China-France educational cooperation has been growing in recent years. ADIUT highly values its partnership with CEAIE and is willing to further strengthen practical cooperation in areas such as training of education administrators and joint student training.

Mr. Cyril Jacquel, Director of International Relations at the Institute of Technology of University of Paris 8, and Deputy Secretary-General Yu Yang of CEAIE attended the meeting.
