EMBRACING YOUTH, ADVANCING FUTURE THE 2024 UNIQLO SCHOLARSHIP BEIJING ACTIVITY SUCCESSFULLY HELD

From February 11th to 14th, the 2024 Uniqlo Scholarship Beijing event was successfully held, with about 40 award recipient students from 12 universities participating.
As one of the annual Scholarship series events, this Beijing activity featured a summary reporting session on business challenge solutions. On the closing event on February 14th, the students presented their ,research findings in groups on three themes: e-commerce, services, and branding. Fu Bo, Deputy Secretary-General of China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) attended the event, and encouraged the students to better take the Scholarship opportunity for further cultivating their knowledges and skill and broadening their horizons with global awareness and competence.
During the activity in Beijing, students had conversations with representatives from CEAIE and Fast Retailing Uniqlo. They also visited the Palace Museum, the Embassy of Japan in China, the Uniqlo flagship store in Beijing, which all helped them gained a deeper understanding of the scholarship, new perspectives for academic and careerplanning, and new paths for China-Japan educational exchanges.
【About Uniqlo Scholarship】
The Uniqlo Scholarship was jointly established by China Education Association For International Exchange and Fast Retailing Group in 2012, with the aim of cultivating future-oriented international talents through scholarships for outstanding Chinese students, diverse corporate exchange activities, and career development opportunities, and contributing to the active participation of Chinese youth on the world stage. 52 students won awards in 2024, with a total of 560 students receiving awards, including 152 students who went to Japan for exchange programs.
