As an important activity of the PathPro Project, 2016 Pathpro Professional Development Workshop was successfully held in Beijing from May 14th to 16th . 70 representatives from 36 PathPro member colleges attended the workshop. Mr. Zong Wa, Deputy Secretary-General of China Education Association for International Exchange(CEAIE) attended the workshop and delivered the opening remarks.
As partner organizations of PathPro Project, University of Toledo, Colleges and Institutes of Canada, and Institutes of Technology Ireland all sent representatives to the workshop to introduce their vocational education systems and colleges. In addition, experts from Ministry of Education of China, Jiangsu Provincial Education Department and China University of Political Science and Law were invited to give lectures and presentations on China-foreign cooperation in education. Representatives from Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management and Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology shared their best practices and experiences on conducting cooperation programs with partner institutes.
