The 6th Board Meeting of Vocational Education Committee-CEAIE Held in Beijing

The 6th Board Meeting of the Vocational Education Committee (VEC)-CEAIE was held in Beijing on 9 and 10 April, 2018. Mr. Zhao Lingshan, Secretary-General of CEAIE, Mr. Zong Wa and Ms. Shen Xuesong, Deputy Secretaries-General attended the meeting.
Zhao Lingshan recognized the achievements of VEC-CEAIE in deepening higher vocational education cooperation. He expressed the hope that VEC-CEAIE should play a leading role in international exchange to serve the needs of China’s vocational education reform and development.
Meeting attendees reviewed the work report of VEC-CEAIE in 2017, approved the work plan for 2018 and discussed the Board election later this year. They also reviewed China-ASEAN 100+100 Higher Vocational Institutions Flagship Program which aims to build a sustainable VET cooperation platform to promote people-to-people exchange between China and ASEAN countries.
