Swear-in Ceremony for U.S.-China Friendship Volunteers China 20

 Mr. Zong Wa, Deputy Secretary General of China Education Association 
for International Exchange(CEAIE), attended U.S.-China Friendship 
Volunteers China 20 swear-in ceremony on August 28th,2014.
	 
	    On behalf of CEAIE and all the participating Chinese 
institutions, Mr. Zong extended his warm welcome to the China 20 
volunteers and congratulations on their successful completion of the 
pre-service training. He also expressed sincere wishes for the volunteer
 teachers to accomplish the assigned teaching tasks in the institutions 
as cultural ambassadors between the two peoples. Mr. Daniel Kritenbrink,
 Chargé d'Affaires of U.S. Embassy, also attended the ceremony.
 
	 
	    U.S.-China Friendship Volunteers program places volunteer 
teachers from US to institutions in Sichuan Province, Guizhou Province, 
Gansu Province and Chongqing Municipality.  The volunteer teachers serve
 in China for two years.
