The Third China - Central and Eastern European Countries(CEECs) Education Policy Dialogue was held in Warsaw, Poland from September 21st to 22nd 2015. The Dialogue was sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Education and Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and organized by China Education Association for International Exchange(CEAIE). It was the first time for the Dialogue to be organized in CEECs.
Chinese Vice Minister of Education Hao Ping, Polish Minister of Science and Highe Education Lena Kolarska- Bobinska, Chinese Ambassador to Poland Xu Jian, Polish Ambassador to China Mirosław Gajewski, attended the Dialogue. Education ministers from CEECs such as Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovak shared policy and practice on the education quality assurance and discussed in depth around such topics as education internationalization, higher education, labor market as well as e-learning in higher education.
Hosted by CEAIE, the Second Meeting of China-CEECs Higher Education Consortium and the Third China-Poland University Rectors Forum was also convened at the same time. More than 160 participants from higher education institutions attended the meetings. Mr. Sheng Jianxue, Secretary General of CEAIE and Madam. Shen Xuesong, Deputy Secretary General addressed the meetings.
