From 15thto 18thMay, 2018 Training Workshop on Internationalization of Vocational Education was held in Beijing.Around 40 representatives from PathPro member colleges participated in the workshop. Mr. Zong Wa, Deputy Secretary-General of CEAIE, delivered welcoming remarks at the opening ceremony.
During the workshop, representatives from partner organizations and member colleges of PathPro Project includingUniversity of Toledo International Consortium, Oakland Community College, Centennial College, Waikato Institute of Technology presented the latest trends and best practices in the areas such as cooperative education, curriculum development, college-industry cooperation.In addition, Mr. Wu Zaisheng, vice-president of Chongqing Vocational Institute of Engineering was invited to share practices and reflections on conducting CEC cooperation model.
As an important component of capacity building program of PathPro project, the workshop aimed to improve the capacity of Chinese vocational colleges on internationalization, and to deepen cooperation and exchanges between Chinese and foreign institutes in vocational education.
