To serve member institutes well, CEAIE together with AASCU held Senior International Officer Workshop from 21st to 22ed in Beijing right before the start of China Annual Conference for International Education 2015.
There are all together 62 CEIAE member institutes across 21 provinces and autonomous regions send out nearly 100 representatives mainly in charge of international affairs to attend the workshop. Madam Zhou Yan, Deputy Secretary General, and Madam Arlene Jackson, the Associate Vice President for Global Initiatives, delivered welcoming remarks on behalf of CEAIE and AASCU respectively.
Professor Barry J. Morris, Director of NAFSA Board, Professor Zhang Chunsheng, the Senior Vice Provost for International Affairs of University of North Alabama, and Professor Zhang Minxuan who is the former President of Shanghai Normal University delivered themed lectures for the workshop on the Internationalization of Higher Education Institutes and Study in China.
