The pilot evaluation of Chinese-foreign joint programs in vocational education in Beijing was launched

On April 3rd, 2015, the pilot evaluation of Chinese-foreign joint programs in vocational education in Beijing was officially launched in CEAIE. Ms. Chen Yinghui, Deputy Director-General of Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of MOE, Mr. Sheng Jianxue, Secretary-General of CEAIE attended the kick-off meeting and delivered speeches. Mr. Yan Bingchen, Director of Division of Cross-border Education of Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of MOE chaired the meeting.
Representatives from Beijing Municipal Commission of Education and seven colleges in Beijing which take part in the pilot phase of the evaluation joined the meeting. They discussed and agreed on the program and the schedule of the pilot phase.
The evaluation of Chinese-foreign joint programs in vocational education is an important way to assure quality in cross-border education. CEAIE undertakes the implementation of the evaluation with the entrust of MOE. The evaluation will also be piloted in Jiangsu, Shanghai, Guangdong and Shandong afterwards and will be carried out across the country in 2016 on the basis of the feedback of the pilot phase.
